Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery and will send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we only offer shipping within Hong Kong and do not provide international shipping.Our delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, the New Territories, and Kowloon.

What is your exchange/return policy? 

Our Exchange and Refund Policy generally does not accept requests for product exchanges or order cancellations.

Upon delivery or collection, please inspect the goods immediately for any defects, damages, model or quantity discrepancies, and to ensure all accessories are included.

If you find any issues, contact us via WhatsApp or email us within 7 days of receiving the product. If we agree to an exchange and the items you wish to exchange are out of stock, we will issue a refund for your payment. The original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be presented for an exchange to be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of damage to its appearance or if accessories are missing after delivery has been signed for. Any applicable gifts with purchase that are damaged will be replaced promptly. All packaging (including any recycling labels, if applicable), accessories, user guides, and blank warranty cards must be returned in good condition along with the product for an exchange or refund.

Returned products should not be damaged, scratched, defaced, or show any signs of water damage. No exchanges will be processed for products that have been registered online for warranty service or that have undergone repairs.

Additionally, all gift items must be returned along with the products being returned; otherwise, the retail value of the gift item will be deducted from your refund.
