Coffee Tech is an online store based in Hong Kong, specializing in the sale of brand new and authentic gadgets, including products like Dyson hair products and Nintendo Switch consoles, at the best prices we can offer.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal. Prices may change, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within Hong Kong. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or not functioning as intended. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If you encounter any issues, please contact us via WhatsApp or email us at support@coffeetechhk.com within this timeframe.

In the event that we approve an exchange but the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for your payment. To process an exchange or return, please provide the original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product exhibits signs of damage or if any accessories are missing after delivery has been signed for. 

For returns or exchanges, all packaging (including any recycling labels, if applicable), accessories, user guides, and blank warranty cards must be returned in good condition along with the product.

Returned products should be free from damage, scratches, defacement, or signs of water damage. Please note that we cannot process exchanges for products that have been registered online for warranty service or those that have undergone repairs.

7. Warranty and Product Care

All products sold are brand new and come with manufacturer's warranties where applicable. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper use and care of your products.

8. Liability Limitations

Coffee Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
